Tapioca Dice
A bag with 15 units of Tapioca Dice.
This is a fronzen product that needs to be deep fried to achieve perfect taste and consistency:
Fill half of a pan with neutral oil, or enough to submerge the diced pieces. Heat the oil to 190°C. Don’t have a thermometer? No worries—wait until you think the oil is hot enough. To test, drop a dice into the oil: if no bubbles appear, the oil is too cold, so remove the tapioca dice and wait a bit longer. If bubbles form nicely around the dice, the oil temperature is good. Continue frying until they’re light golden brown.
We suggest frying one piece first to check the temperature and timing. Once you’re confident, add about 4 pieces at a time, frying in batches.
You can keep them warm in the oven (at 50°C-70°C) for a few minutes until you’re ready to serve.
