As the cold season embraces us, our menu draws inspiration from the contrasts of winter. The bold colours of the season, as deep black, burnt oranges, earthy browns, and snowy whites, set the tone for a culinary experience that mirrors both the quiet introspection of shorter days and the lively warmth of gatherings with friends and family.
This menu is about togetherness and celebrating the festive spirit that brings people closer. Through nostalgic flavours we bring out the feeling of warmth and the colours of the season, embraced with traditional Brazilian ingredients such as coffee, guava, tapioca, coconut and passion fruit.
